Global Game Jam

January 20 – January 22, 2017

Full Sail University was pleased to serve as a local host for the Global Game Jam (GGJ) event. This year's event is over, but you can check out the games here: http://globalgamejam.org/2017/games

2017 Event: Attention game programmers, designers, and content creators!

This is a worldwide game development experience where participants will join teams and create a game in a straight 48-hour block! Programmers, designers, content developers, testers, and enthusiasts are all welcome!

There will be challenges to be faced and fun to be had...

You do not have to form teams to participate because teams will be formed at the start of the competition. All participant teams will be constrained by the same rules and limitations, but each time zone will have one distinct constraint to preserve the equality of the competition.

Why?

Who wouldn’t want to be part of a game development team?!

The GGJ provides an opportunity to be a part of that team and create a game for the world to see!

Where?

Full Sail University
175 University Park Dr.
Winter Park, FL 32792

When?

The GGJ runs from 5:00pm Friday, January 20, 2017 until 5:00pm Sunday, January 22, 2017.
