To uphold Full Sail University’s Academic Dishonesty policy and students’ responsibility to complete their own work, Technical Support is unable to help students complete their assignments. Technical Support can assist with the technical functionality of an application or software being used to complete an assignment.

Technical Support offers help in the following areas:

• Full Sail Online functionality and online course access
• Missing codes and software
• eBook access
• Student email access
• Shipping inquiries
• Mac and Windows basics
• Basic support for Project LaunchBox™ items
• Basic software installation
• Web browser basics
• File sharing solutions
• Messaging and chat interfaces

Technical Support may not be able to fully assist with the following topics, and students should always contact their instructors for additional assistance. We will help as best we can, or guide you to the appropriate resources for:

• Degree-specific Project LaunchBox™ software and hardware (Maya, Pro Tools, Logic, Adobe CC apps, cameras, equipment, gear, etc.)
• Assignment clarification
• How to complete assignments
• Extension on assignments
• Resubmitting assignments
• Concerns with assignment deadlines
