Over four decades ago, Full Sail was founded on the principle If you’re serious about your dream, we’ll take your dream seriously. With this statement as the bedrock of our culture, several years ago, we surveyed our employees to define our Guiding Principles, the actions that support what we believe:
Support the Student's Dream - Everyone at Full Sail is part of an ecosystem that provides support for our students. We have tremendous power to support them and positively affect their lives – from helping them choose the right program, to enabling their education, assisting with their finances, ensuring their safety, maintaining the quality of their learning environment, and helping them throughout their career. Our students trust us to deliver a world-class education that will help them achieve their goals and dreams. Choosing to come to school at Full Sail is a significant life decision and financial commitment on their part, and every day we should be making choices in our respective positions – as educators, support staff, and professionals – that will help our students succeed.
Learn and Grow, Always - At a university, you’re surrounded by learning on all sides. To keep Full Sail vital and current, we need to be as excited and committed to learning as our students. That commitment is reflected in many ways. Full Sail offers multiple opportunities for professional development, including free faculty development courses, management training, and tuition reduction programs. We challenge you to seek every opportunity to increase your own knowledge and grow professionally. Learning and growing is as much about the way you look at the world and move through your day as it is about reading the latest news.
Embody a Spirit of Innovation - The fundamental idea behind Full Sail is to approach education differently, and it influences everything we do: our degrees, our curriculum, our campus, our schedule, and the look and feel of absolutely everything. The continued success of our school depends on each of us continuing to innovate whenever we can – just because something has always been done a certain way doesn’t mean that we should keep doing it that way. Think about how you approach your everyday work. Look for ways to improve our education, our business processes, our communications, absolutely everything. Innovation isn’t a luxury – it’s a responsibility we all share.

Faculty - Creative Presentation
(Multiple Openings for Associate Course Director)
If you're looking for the chance to learn, grow, and make a contribution to the community, look at employment opportunities with Full Sail University. You'll find your choice of career opportunities, great benefits, an environment that welcomes and values creativity, and a work experience that is both challenging and rewarding!
In the Creative Presentation course, students will learn the foundations of oral communication by building and delivering presentations of their own. Through this guided process, students will learn to effectively utilize visual storytelling techniques, create meaningful content, and apply lessons from myths and movies to shape the audience’s journey. Multiple learning activities will allow students to creatively develop and analyze the core aspects of presentation, including audience, delivery, message, and the visual story. Associate Course Directors may be required to teach both on-campus and online.
With 70,000+ graduates, we’ve been taking dreams seriously for 40+ years – both for our students and our employees. Through campus and online degree programs, our faculty and staff serve our students and alumni who are shaping the future of entertainment, media, arts, and technology.
We believe employees, like students, should have boundless opportunities to learn and grow, always. From leadership development and employee scholarship opportunities to creative office spaces and access to wellness resources, Full Sail employees are equipped to design the career of their dreams.
