Advent Health Sterile Field Trainer
Physician assistants in an operating theater must be trained in maintaining proper sterile fields in an operating theater. If you drop your hands below your waist, touch your nose, or let your hands get too close to any non-sterile surface you must leave and scrub again. An AR depth camera-based trainer was created to track and flag violations during a training exercise. While only a prototype, the SME has plans to integrate it in future training.
Advent Health Portable X-Ray Trainer
Created a virtual simulation of a portable scanner to be deployed at remote training centers that did not have access to the actual equipment.

Award winning concept created to demonstrate a safer and more agile networked VR emergency command center alternative to the current brick-and-mortar version that required principles to travel and co-locate.
Advent Health Pill Dispenser Trainer
Developed a VR prototype of the Pyxis dispenser system that nurses must use to distribute medication to patients. This addressed a major issue where nurses in training had no access to the actual equipment until they had to learn it on-site at a hospital with live patients. The student project resulted in several FullSail hires and a directive to improve and deploy their prototype.
